Idaho Eagle Forum: Idaho Governor Sells Out His State's Businesses to China

Idaho Eagle Forum has been asked to connect all the DOTS so that other states can become informed with what we have been following here in Idaho with Idaho Gov. Butch Otter's trip to China in June '10.

We found that Gov. Otter's trip ( mission) to China was a two-fold strategy. ---------- ( his "Project 60" )
1) Take Idaho businesses to China so that they can promote their products to be exported there.
2) Get the Communists Chinese to make agreements to become foreign investors in Idaho under the EB-5 Visa
Program, move to Idaho, and get a fast-track U.S. citizenship in 5 years ( the bonus to this also is that they can sponsor their families on the Mainland with green cards)

There are many players in this SCAM !

1) Idaho Gov. Butch Otter ------ Pushing the Communist China connection here in Idaho ----- EB-5 visas and Communist Chinese businesses being set-up

2) Lt. Gov. Brad Little ---------- Right behind Gov. Otter all the way !!!

3) U.S. Department of Commerce -------- working to set up all this two-fold strategy mentioned in Gov. Otter's trip above.( can set-up Foreign Trade Zones in Idaho that they will have control over as a ZONE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)

4) Idaho Department of Commerce --- promoting EB-5 visas, Idaho Regional Centers, and working with local Chambers to find distressed businesses for the EB-5 investors (Communist Chinese) to buy in our local communities.

5) Local Chambers of Commerce ---- taking businesses to China for the same two- fold strategy mentioned in Gov. Otter's trip above, when successful in getting this agenda in place can apply with the U.S. Department of Commerce to become a "Foreign Trade Zone" , Also they are looking for distressed businesses in our communities for the EB-5 foreign investors to buy.

6) Idaho Regional Centers ( 4 right now) They only work at getting these EB-5 foreign investors to invest in their own personal businesses

7) Private businesses ---- Believing the B.S. they were told by the CHAMBERS that they can not make it economically without sending their products to China have been suckered hook line and sinker!!! They can move into these "Foreign Trade Zones" for exporting their products to China.

Boise Mayor Bieter -------- Pushed for the Idaho Constitutional Amendment for the airports to incur debt without public in-put so they could set up the Boise Airport as a "Technology Zone" for the Communist Chinese Government owned business "SINOMACH"------ (this can become a Foreign Trade Zone)

NOTE: The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce is Gary Locke ( INTERESTING ???? )

Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter has highlighted the EB-5 program as a “key element” of his effort to attract new foreign investment to Idaho as part of Project 60, his plan to grow the state’s annual gross domestic product to $60 billion from $52 billion.

“The value of U.S. residency, and being put on the fast track to citizenship, is an incredible tool to help us attract foreign investment in our Idaho businesses,” he said through a spokesman in response to the center’s creation. “We don’t want to miss this opportunity to infuse our economy with new investment that will stimulate job creation.”

These "Foreign Trade Zones" in the United States fall under the control of
the U.S. Department of Commerce and are managed by the United States Customs
Service as land OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

We just found out about this and believe that this is the FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT'S plan to FEDERALIZE and divide our state. (ALL STATES) Taking
the control of those zones away from Idaho.(ALL STATES)

Our first "Foreign Trade Zone" is in Boundary County up north. We believe
now that this is why the U.S. Department of Commerce was wanting the Coeur
d' Alene Chamber of Commerce and businesses to travel to China to promote
their private businesses and exports, while inviting the Communist Chinese to come
here and invest, ( EB-5 Visas) live, and start a business and they can all
file for a "Foreign Trade Zone" status and get special tax cuts and lower
operational costs that other American businesses outside the zone can't
have. Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Commerce takes over the
control of the ZONE and the business guidelines within the ZONE.

that's why my daughters girlfriend who is inheriting 3 million bucks collects 1500 a month in free rent and 200 bucks a week in unemployment - she is clearly just about to starve

and that's why we are bringing in Somalis to work in the chicken processing plants - because it's work Americans on the dole don't want to do!!!

Idaho is a Right to Work State. Most of those migrating there over the last 20 years were from California (mostly California PERS retirees) having made it in California and moving to the 'Mexico of the North'. Don't get me wrong, I like Idaho, especially when you can move there with 'some money' and hire those 'independent' right to starve workers for next to nothing and THEY love you for it!
